Let’s say you you’ve now recovered completely from your fever. You decide to you want to get healthy and really build a strong immune system. What do you do?
You get an annual gym membership, you get a good coach, you get some cool gym gear. You convince you partner to join you for company.
Now, you go to the gym every day! (you should write a book) you build up some muscle, you loose some weight, you feel good over all. how are you doing?
