What is the key difference between this and the regular plans?

This proposal does not include the Initiatives module of North. Everything else remains the same.

Do you have a truly free forever plan?

Our intention behind our free plan is to expose outcome-based thinking to as many people as we can. As an early-stage start-up, we are sure to learn lessons along the way and may update our pricing from time to time.

How are the goal limits in the free plan calculated?

You can create 5 active goals across all teams in the free plan. These do not include archived goals.

What forms of payment do you support? 

We accept payment through all credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers or cheques.

Does North offer training on how to use the product?

For all business plan users, we offer a personalised demo and onboarding assistance to get the most out of your OKR plan in North.

Does North offer OKR training?

How long is the pricing contract for?

This pricing is locked for 1 year and can be renegotiated thereafter based on the changing needs of the team and the new updates available in the product.
