Initiatives in North can be created under a Key result. Goal > Key result > Initiative. Learn more about initiatives.

Step 1: Expand the goal and Key result you want to add the initiative to.
After you select your goal, click the arrows to expand the goal and Key Results. Now click on “Add Initiative.”
Step 2: Write an initiative and Press enter.
